Abstract：Chronic kidney failure is a chronic，progressive，and occult deficiency syndrome caused by damage to the kidneys themselves，other viscera diseases，orotherfactors.Basedonthetheoryof spleenand kidneyrelatedto the five organs，Professor LI Shunmin，a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner in Guangdong Province，has summarizedan empirical prescriptionfor treating chronic kidney failure-Jianpi Yishen Prescription.This prescription is quite fectiveinclinical practice，andits treatmentapproach issimilarto thecircular motiontheory.Therefore，this articlecombines withthecircular motiontheorytoanalyze the pathogenesis ofchronic kidneyfailureandtheprescription and medication approach of Jianpi Yishen Prescription.
