Clinical Study on Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome of Spleen Qi Deficiency Type

Abstract：Objective：To observe and compare the curative effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on chronic fatiguesyndrome of spleen qi deficiencytype.Methods:Atotalof 70cases of patients withchronic fatigue syndromeof spleenqi deficiency typeadmited to Afiliated Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Guangzhou Universityof Chinese Medicine from May to December2O23 were divided into the treatment group（35 cases，4 dropouts）andthe control group（35cases，4 dropouts）using arandom number table method.Both groups received health education，with thetreatment group receiving heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment on the basis of healtheducation，andthe control group receiving conventional mild moxibustion treatmentonthe basis of health education.Both groups were treated once every two days for12 sesions (a total of 24 days).Evaluated the clinical efficacy in the two groups.Compared the Fatigue ScaleFS-14 scores，the total scores and subitemscores of Chronic fatigue syndrome，and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 93.55%(29/31) ）in the treatment group，which was higher than that of 74.19% （23/31） in the control group ( P
