Clinical Study on Huoxue Shengji Prescription Combined with Closed Negative Pressure Wound Drainage for Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity with Ulcer

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Shengji Prescription combined with closed negative pressure wound drainageon varicose veins oflower extremity with ulcer.Methods:A total of 88 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity with ulcer admited to Jiaxing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinefrom January 2022 to October 2O23 were selectedandrandomly divided into the control groupand the observation group，with 44 patients in each group.The control group was given 0.9% of sodium chloride solution combined with closed negative pressure drainage，and the observation group was given Huoxue Shengji Prescription combined with closed negative pressure drainage.Both groups were treated fortwo weeks.The clinical effects in thetwo groups were evaluated；the wound symptom scores，angiogenesis indexesand levelsof inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment， the total eective rate was 88.64% （39/44）in the observation group，which was higher than that of 70.45% (31/44）in the control group（ P1β and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P
