Clinical Study on Jianpi Chushi Decoction Combined with Halometasone Cream for Chronic Eczema

Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative efect of Jianpi Chushi Decoction combined with Halometasone Cream in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods:A total of8O cases of patients with chronic eczema treated at the FirstPeople's Hospital of Huzhou from October 2O21 to December 2023 wereselected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to therandom number table method，with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Halometasone Cream，and the observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Chushi Decoction basedonthe treatment ofthe control group.Clinical efects and adverse reactions werecompared betweenthe two groups.Changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores，Eczema Area and Severity Index（EASI）， Visual Analogue Scale(VAS）scores for pain，and levels of leukotriene B4（LTB4）and leukotriene C4（LTC4） in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 92.50% （37/40）in the observation group and 75.00% （30/40） in the control group，with a significant difference between the two groups ( P

0.05).After treatment，primary and secondary traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment ( P0.05 ).Conclusion： Jianpi Chushi Decoction combined with Halometasone Cream for chronic eczemacan efectively inhibit inflammatoryresponses，aleviate he severity of eczema and itching，and improve clinical symptoms，demonstrating a clear therapeutic effect.
