Clinical Study on Ningshen Wendan Decoction Combined with Acupuncture for Schizophrenic Auditory Hallucinations

Abstract:Objective：To observe the curative efect of Ningshen Wendan Decoction combined with acupuncture onschizophrenic auditory halucinations.Methods:A total of 106 cases of patients with schizophrenic auditory halucinationsadmited tothePsychiatricWardof Shaoxing Seventh People'sHospital fromApril2O21 toApril 2023 were selected and divided into thecontrol group and the observation group according to therandomnumber table method，with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional electroconvulsive therapy（ECT）， and the observation group was additionally treated with Ningshen Wendan Decoction combined with acupuncture based on the treatment of the control group.Clinical efects andadverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores，ScaleforAssessment of Positive Symptoms （SAPS） scores, and MILLER Halucination Scale scores in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 96.23% （51/53） in the observation group and 79.25% (42/53） in the control group，with a significant difference between the two groups（ P
