Practical Basis, Multiple Challenges, and Coping Strategies for the Professional Development of Physical Education Teachers in the Context of Interdisciplinary Thematic Learning

Abstract:Cross disciplinarythematiclearinghasbeenahottopicinthefieldofeducationinrecentyears,anditisalsoan importantdirectionandmeasureofeducationreforminvarious countriesaroundtheworld.Method:Thestudyusedliterature reviewandlogicalanalysismethods.Result:Research suggeststhattheprofessonaldevelopmentofphysicaleducation teachersinthecontextofinterdisciplinarythematicleamingisacomprehensiveresultofthecallofthetimes,individual development,and gloriousmission;Themultiplechallnges it faces includeawarenesschalenges,abilitychalenges, experiencechallnges,andresourcechallnges.Conclusion:Attheshool,itiscessarytoimplementguaranteemasures throughmultiplechanelsandprovideinterdisciplinaryteachingresources;Developanoverallteachingplanandcoordinate interdisciplinary teaching design;Activelycarryoutcooperationwithinandoutside theschol toenrich interdisciplinary teachingpractices.Atthe teacher,itisnecessarytodeeplyunderstandtheconnotationofthecuriculumstandardsand transforinterdisciplinaryteachingawareness;Start larmingthroughmultiplechannels toimprove interdisciplinaryteaching abilities;Establishacommunity for teacher developmentand strengthen interdisciplinary teaching cooperation.
