Practical Basis， Multiple Challenges， and Coping Strategies for the Professional Development of Physical Education Teachers in the Context of Interdisciplinary Thematic Learning

Abstract：Cross disciplinarythematiclearinghasbeenahottopicinthefieldofeducationinrecentyears，anditisalsoan importantdirectionandmeasureofeducationreforminvarious countriesaroundtheworld.Method：Thestudyusedliterature reviewandlogicalanalysismethods.Result：Research suggeststhattheprofessonaldevelopmentofphysicaleducation teachersinthecontextofinterdisciplinarythematicleamingisacomprehensiveresultofthecallofthetimes，individual development，and gloriousmission；Themultiplechallnges it faces includeawarenesschalenges，abilitychalenges， experiencechallnges，andresourcechallnges.Conclusion：Attheshool，itiscessarytoimplementguaranteemasures throughmultiplechanelsandprovideinterdisciplinaryteachingresources;Developanoverallteachingplanandcoordinate interdisciplinary teaching design;Activelycarryoutcooperationwithinandoutside theschol toenrich interdisciplinary teachingpractices.Atthe teacher，itisnecessarytodeeplyunderstandtheconnotationofthecuriculumstandardsand transforinterdisciplinaryteachingawareness;Start larmingthroughmultiplechannels toimprove interdisciplinaryteaching abilities;Establishacommunity for teacher developmentand strengthen interdisciplinary teaching cooperation.
