Abstract:Inrecent years,mental illness has becomeasocial problemof great concern.Depression has becomea commonnegative state inthenormalpopulation.The long-termexistenceofdepressionis the fuseofdepressionanda serious threat to people's physicaland mental health.Alarge numberofstudies have shown that regular exercise can improve depression.Choosing appropriate exercise prescription forself-regulation has becomean effective way to alleviatedepression.Inthispaper,literaturereviewand logicanalysisareused toexplorethecorrelation between exerciseanddepresion,and toprovidereferencefortheformulationofexerciseprescriptionsthatcaneffectively intervene in depression.
