Abstract：Therevitalization of ruralindustryis the keytothe overall revitalization of ruralareas，and acceleratingtheformationofnewqualityproductivityisanimportantdrivingforcetoenabletheoverall revitalizationofruralareas.NewqualityproductivityistheproductivitythatisinnovativeinTheTimes andcanhighlightthenewconnotationofTheTimes.Itplaysanimportantroleinpromotingtheoptimization andupgradingof rural industry，promoting the greendevelopment of ruralindustryandrealizingtheinnovativeallocationof production factorsofruralindustry.Itcanpromotetherevitalizationofrural industry and moveforward tohigh-qualitydevelopment，butitalso faces some challenges in practice.Itis necessary tofind solutions fromtheperspectives ofdigitalregulation，talent trainingand greenandlow-carbon development to stimulate the potentialof new qualityproductivityand helpruralindustries flourish.
