Abstract：The goal of rural revitalizationcannot beachieved solely through the effortsof rural areas. Capitalplays an important role inrural revitalization and plays a keyrolein promoting rural industries andeconomy，as well as promoting urban-rural integrationand breakingthe dualistic urban-rural structure. However，we must see the potential risks incapital going torural areas.The government shouldfully play its guiding and supervisory rolein the process of capital going to rural areas and accurately prevent various risks.It shouldtrulysafeguardthevitalinterestsoffarmers.Instimulatingtheincentivesofcapital goingtorural areas，we should also strictly limit its investment areas and investment behavior to ensure that capital parties shoulder their dueresponsibilities and do not deviatefromthepurposeof capital going to rural areas.They should truly support the development of“agriculture，rural areas and farmers”and safeguard national food security.They should protect the maininterests of farmers and ultimately promote the implementationand realizationof therural revitalization strategy，promoting rural commonprosperity.
