基于网络文本分析的旅游景点游客感知研究
——以苏州博物馆为例

Abstract:As the overall development of museums continues toimprove,thedevelopment of museum-based cultural tourism has been rapid.The visitor experience and emotional perception of the audience affect the qualityof the museum'svisitor experience,whichinturn greatlyaffectsthedevelopmentof museum tourism. This paper uses thecontent analysis method toanalyze thecontentof tourists‘onlinereviews of Suzhou Museumastheobjectofanalysis andconduct esearchion themuseum^svisitor perception.Itis found that the overallvisitor perceptionof Suzhou Museumisgood,andtheproportionof negativeemotionsofvisitorsis 6.7%.This studygoes ontoanalyzethefactorscontributingtotheirnegativeemotions andthen proposes targeted improvement strategies to improve the quality of thevisitor experienceat the Suzhou Museum.
