民事诉讼专门性问题认定的取向与边界

Abstract：Litigation involving specialised issues involves not only legal but also technical issues.The crossover ofimultidisciplinary fields makes it necessary for more experts to intervene in specialised issues，andrelated identification and researchrequirethe use of knowledge from other professional disciplines in order to effectively identify and determine them，but it is clear that many difficulties have arisen in the determination of suchissues.For this reason，itis important to interpret the reality of the difficulty in identifying special problems，and analyse the values on which the identification of special problemsis based，soas toclear uptheoverlapintheunderstandingof therelevant concepts，andtosortout the specific boundaries of the system.In addition，withiregard to legal issues transformed from scientific issues，it is not only necessary to differentiate and define themat the level of judicial science，but it is even more necessary to limit the scope of their identification in the system，so as to prevent excessive research on unnecessary disciplinary issues.
