Abstract：With the continuous advancement of the Chinese-style modernization process，the development of social productive forces faces new transformations. Vocational education，as an important place for training labor，also faces severe challenges.This project researches under the perspective of new productive forces，with the background of productive force transformation，craftsmanship spirit，and education as a powerful nation，selects the glass industryas the research field，and takes the traditional craftof handblownglass asa foothold.It conducts field visits and research onthe protection and inheritance status of thecraftsmanship spiritiof representative glass enterprises，analyzes the difficulties faced byitsdevelopment，and proposes paths for vocational education toempowerthe protection and inheritanceof the craftsmanshipspirit fromthe aspects of standardizing thecultivation system，improving the security system;creatingacraftsmanshipenvironment，enhancingcultural identity；setting teaching goals，optimizing teaching content;promoting media publicity，enhancing the recognition of craftsmanship；strengthening schoolenterprise cooperation，practicing the craftsmanship spirit，inthe hope of providing reference and reference for the reformand innovation of vocational education.
