Abstract：Asan important geopolitical region，the South China Seairegion is constantly.facing complex disputesand challenges.This study based onthechallenges anddifficultiesofthesouth China sea control，innovative based on“a communitywithashared future for mankind as the coreidea + military-civilian depthintegrationforthepracticepath"，put forwardourcountryhascontrol area，ourcountrywillcontrolareaand outsidethe south China sealintervention countries“threefield”of the south China sea region control field divisionand its correspondingdifferentiation control strategyand tacticsof the core principles and designtofollow.Based onthis，thebuildingandimplementatingofthe South China Sea managementandcontrol strategyandtactics systemare studied fromthe“four dimensions”toensure the effectivenessand sustainabilityoftheSouthChina Seamanagementandcontrolsystem.Inaddition，thepaper furtheranalyzestheadvantagesand challenges ofidifferentiated control strategies and tactics，puts forward suggestions for continuousresearchand promotionofthe South China Sea control strategyandtactics system，and furtheremphasizes the practice pathof military-civilian integration basedontheconceptofacommunitywithashared fu ture formankind，soas to promote thesolution of the South China Sea issueand the sustainabledevelopment of the South China Sea region.
