Abstract：With the rapid development of digitalitechnology and information networks，NFTs have been applied tothe tradinglof digital works dueto their unique，indivisible，and tamper-proof advantages.However，asthe scale and quantityof NFTtransactions increase，scholars have drawnattention tothe potential issues of copyright infringement，information network dissemination rights，and distribution rights in these transactions.The minting of NFTs is an essential stage in the transactionof digital works，and the legality of the minting process is crucial in preventing copyright infringements in subsequent stages，such as on-chain publishing and trading.Tomitigate the risks associated with NFT transactionsof digital works，it is necessaryto regardmintingas another right enjoyedbycopyright holders.Moreover，itis essential to enhance the regulatory framework for NFT transactions，establish a robust multi-partyicollaborative monitoring system，and addressthe challenges posed by the difficulties indetermining legal compensationandnecessary measures.
