Abstract：Currently，theresearchon the renewal of constructionland use right is mainly focused on theoreticaldiscussion，and there are few empirical studies.This study conducted asmall range of social surveys withexperts，scholarsandthegeneralpublictogetapreliminaryunderstandingoftheir viewsonkeyissues such as renewal conditions，costs，times，and compensation for land resumption.The interview results show thatrespondents have different views on thesekeyissues，and their views on renewal conditions，years and timesarequitedivergence.Intheprocessof formulatingthepolicyof constructionlanduseright renewal， it is necessary toiconduct more in-depth demonstration of key issues based on the interview results，as wel1 as sufficient publicityand explanation，soas to ensure the rationality of policy and reduce social resistance.
