Abstract:Whototrain,howtotrainpeople,andforwhomtotrainpeoplearethefundamentalissuesofeducation.Inorder toimpleentthetargetof"Fostering VirtueandCultivating Talent"inruralplanninganddesigncourses,thecoursecombines theproblemsencounteredinruraldevelopmentandruralplanninganddesigncoursesinteachingpractice.Theteachinggoals andoutlinecontentareorientedtothenationalstrategy，focusingonthecultivationofvalues,andexploringtheideologicaland politicalconstructiongoalsandpathsofthecourse.Fromfouraspectsof policydocuments，characterdeeds，typicalcases，and practicalprojects,thispaperexcavatedandompiledtecuriculum-basedideologicalandpoliticalresourcedatabaseintegated thecontentintothecorrspondingcurriulumsections，andapplieditintheprocessofimpartigcurriulumknowledge, cultivatingstudentsabilitiesandguidingcorctthreeviews，promotingtheimprovementofstudents‘profesionalskillwhile promoting the improvement of their spiritual qualities.
