Abstract：Asamajordecisionanddeploymentmadebythe19thNationalCongressof theCommunistPartyof China，the RuralRevitalizationStrategyplacessolvingthe"agriculture，ruralareasandruralresidents"isuesatthecoreoftheworkof the wholeparty.Toachieveruralrevitalization，talentrevitalizationisthekeyprerequisite.Theruraltalentteamisnotonlythecore forceinimplementingtheRuralRevitalizationStrategy，butalsoanimportantsupprtforpromotingtheconstructionofrural spiritual civilizationandtheproessofurban-ruralintegationAtpresent，ruraltalentconstructionisfacedwithmanychenges， mainlymanifestedintheshortageoftotaltalents，theneedtoimproveoverallquality，andimperfecttalenttrainingand managementmechanisms.Thelargegapinurbanandruraldevelopment，structuralflawsinthetalentconstructionmechanism andsinglevalueorientationarethemainrotcausesoftheseproblems.Therefore，inthefuture，efortsshouldbemadeto narrowthegapbetweenurbanandruralareas，optimizetheeducationandmanagementofruraltalents，andbuildandimprove incentive mechanisms to promote the construction of rural talents and assist rural revitalization.
