Abstract:InthecontextoftheRuralRevitalizationStrategy，theemploymentisueofundergraduategraduatesfrom agriculturalandforestrycollgesisanimportantlinkinthejointpromotionofcollgeeducationandruraldevelopmentThis papertakesundergraduategraduatesfromagriculturalandforestrycollegesasresearchbjectsandanalyzesoutstanding problems suchasmismatch betweensuplyanddemandandbiasinemploymentinthecontextofruralrevitalizationstrategies：Put forwardreasonablecountermeasuresfromthepolicy，school,andstudentlevelstoprovideideasfordoingagoodjobnthe employmentofundergraduategraduatesfromagriculturalandforestrycollegesandpromotingtheintegrateddevelopmentofhigher education and rural revitalization.
