河西走廊中药红花农艺性状与花丝产量关联分析

Abstract:Thisstudyinvestigated11traditional Chinesemedicine Carthamus tinctoriusL.germplasmresourcesasthe researchobject,andtheirphenologicalperiodsand13agronomictraitindicatorsweresystematicallmeasured.Throughgenetic diversityanalysis,corelationanalysisandprincipalcomponentanalysis(PCA)methods,theassociationmechanismbetween agronomictraitsandstamenfilamentyieldwasexplored.Theresultsshowedthatthereweresignficantdiferencesinthegrowth periodof thetested materials,rangingfrom95to114days,andthecoeficientof variation foragronomiccharacterswas 5.70% to 34.81% ,among which the effective branch number (34.81%) )andstamen filament yield per plant(34.10 % )had the highest degrsofvariation.Corrlationanalysisshowedthatstamenfilamentyieldperplanthadnosignificantcorelatonwithother agronomic traits (P>0.05) ,indicating that it wasco-regulated by multiple agronomic traits.Principal component analysis extracted the first three principal components(cumulative contribution rate reached 86.615% )and were defined as branch control factors (totalbranchnumber,branchlength,numberofefectivebulbsperplant),plantheightcontrolfactors(plantheight,internode length,maturityperiod)andstamenfilamentyieldcontrolfactors(stamenfilamentyieldperplant,topfruitbulbdiameterand numberofgrainsperplant).ThisstudyprovidesanimportanttheoreticalbasisforthebredingofnewCarthamustinctorius varieties in Hexi Corridor region.
