Abstract：Inordertodeeplydiscusstheapplicationofartificialintellgencetechnologyinlivestockandpoultrydisease monitoringandearlywarningsystemsinthecontextofRuralRevitalizationStrategy，thispapercomprehensivelyanalyzesthe currentdevelopmentstatus，chalengesfacedbythelivestockandpoultrybredingindustryandvariousatificialinteligence technologies，suchasapplicationsofexpertsystems，neuralnetworks，imagerecognitionvoicerecognitionanddataanalysis.he researchrevealstherestritiveefectofthehighincidenceandcomplexityoflivestockandpoultrydiseasesonthedevelopment ofthebreedingindustry.Italsopointsoutthatartificialintellgencetechnologfacesrisksofinaccuratetechnicalqualityand misjudgmentduringtheapplicationprocess，shortageofprofesionaltalents，datasecurityandsharing，anddataqualityand multipleissuessuchasintegrity，costandsustainability.Inresponsetothesechalenges，thispaperproposestoincrease technologyresearchanddevelopmenteforts，strengthentalenttrainingandtechnicaltraining，promotetheconstructionofdata standardizationandsharingmechanisms，buildaninteligentlivestockandpoultrydiseasemonitoringandearlywarningsystem， optimizecostsandcontinuousinnovation，etc.Aseriesofmeasuresandcountermeasuresaimtoimprovetheeffciencyof livestockandpoultrydiseasepreventionandcontrol，ensurethhealthydevelopmentofthebredingindustr，andprovidestrong support for the sustainable development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry.
