Abstract:Thispaperfocusesontheprotectionandeficientbreeding needsofGinkgobilobaresourcesinXiaolongshanforest area,andconductsexperimentalresearchthroughasexual propagationmethodssuchascutingandgrafting.Theresultsshowedthat using IBA rooting powder 500mg/L to treat tender branches and cutings resulted in a survival rate of 82.3% in summer cuttings. The spring branch grafting(with the rootstock diameter 1.5 cm) had the highest survival rate(92.2 % ). The research provides technicalsupportfor thepreservationand industrial cultivationof Ginkgo bilobagermplasmresources in forestareas.
