Abstract：Improving thelevelofrural governanceinethnicareas isaninevitablerequirementforrealizingthemodemization ofnationalgovernancelevelsandgovernancesystems.TheimplementationoftheRuralRevitalization Strategyisconduciveto consolidatingthematerialfoundationofruralgovernanceinethnicareas，creatingagodsocialgovernanceenvironmentand providingabundanthumanresources.Facedwiththecurentproblemsofuncleardirectionofruralgovernanceworkinethnic minorityareas，lackofgovermanceentities，imperfectinstitutionalsystems，andbackwardgovernancemethods，ethnicmnority areasshouldclarifythemainlineofgovernancework，strengthentheresponsibitiesofgovernanceentities，improvethe governance system and innovate governance methods.，continuously improve the eficiency of rural governance.
