Abstract：Theadvancementofruralgovernancecannotbeseparatedfromthestrongsupportof talents.Asakeybasefor talenttraning，universitieshaveuiqueadvantagesinguidinggraduatestoparticipateinruralgovemance，andplayanimportant roleinguidance，training，supportandservices.However，therearestllsomeproblems，suchasinsuficientpublicityforpolicy implementation，mismatchbetweentrainingresultsandneeds，imperfectemploymentguidanceandservices，andinconsistent trackingservicesandsupport.Inordertooptimizetheroleofcollgesanduniversitiesintheemploymentofgraduatesinrural goverance，colegesanduniversitiesshouldfurtherinnovateandimprovethesystems，mechanismsandmethodsinpolicy propaganda，educationandteaching，employmentguidance，andfolow-upservices，andactivelycontributetothemodernizatioof rural governance. strength.
