Abstract:Inthecontextofthenewera,theemploymentsituationofcollegestudentsinagriculturalandforestrycoleges hasbecomeincreasinglycomplex，andthedemandforpersonalizedemploymenthasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Thispaper focusesontheeducationmodelofpersonalizedemploymentforcollegestudentsinagriculture-relatedcolegesanduniversities, deeplyanalyzestheproblemsexistinginthecurenteducationmodel,andexploresthenewrequirementsputforwardinthenew erafortheemploymentandeducationmodelofagriculturalandforestrycollgestudents.Combinedwiththestrategiesof agriculturalmodernizationandruralrevitalization，itisproposedtobuildaneducationmodelstrategybasedonpersonalized employment,aimingtobetermeethepersonalizedemploymentneedsofagriculturalandforestrycollgestudentsbyoptimizing theeducationmodelandenhancetheiremploymentcompetivenessinserving"agriculture,ruralareasandruralresidents",to achieveefectiveconnectionbetweentalenttrainingincolegesanduniversitiesandtheneedsofagriculturalandrural development.Researchisofgreatsignificanceforpromotinginovationinemploymentandeducationinagriculturalandforestry colleges and assisting rural revitalization.
