CT-DSA融合成像在左心耳封堵术中的应用

[Abstract]Objective:ToinvestigatetheeficacyandsafetyofCT-DSAfusionimaging inleftatrialappendageoclusion(LAAO). Methods:Atotalof110patientsundergoingLAAOwereenrolldandrandomlyasignedtotheCT-DSAfusiongroup(55cases) andthestandardDSAgroup(55cases).CT-DSAfusiongroupunderwentLAAO surgeryguidedby CT-DSA fusion images,whilethestandardDSAgroupunderwentLAAOsurgeryguidedbyDSA.Theproceduralsuccessrate,contrastagent usage,radiationdose,procedural duration,perioperativecomplicationsandfolow-upoutcomesat6monthswerecompared betweenthe two groups.Results:TheCT-DSA fusiongroup showedahigher proceduralsuccessrate (96.36%vs.83.64%, P= 0.026),less contrast media usage ⌊(75.12±10.11)mL vs. (95.32±15.21)mL P <0.001],lower radiation dose ⌊(2 515.25± 124.33)mGy·cm²vs.(2 854.44±155.32)mGy⋅cm2,P<0.001⊥,and shorter procedural duration (50.1±10.21)min vs. (60.35± (204号 12.17)min ,P=0.02],and lower incidence of stroke at 6 months (O vs. 5.45% )compared to DSA group.There were no significantdiferencesinperioperativecomplications,includingpericardialefusion,device-relatedthrombus,ordevice embolization(all P>0.05 ).Conclusions :CT-DSA fusion imaging significantly improves the success and safety of LAAO comparedtostandardDSAimaging.IntegrationofCT-DSAfusionimagingintostandardpracticeforLAAOproceduresis recommended to optimize patient outcomes.
