CT-DSA融合成像在左心耳封堵术中的应用

[Abstract]Objective：ToinvestigatetheeficacyandsafetyofCT-DSAfusionimaging inleftatrialappendageoclusion（LAAO）. Methods：Atotalof110patientsundergoingLAAOwereenrolldandrandomlyasignedtotheCT-DSAfusiongroup（55cases） andthestandardDSAgroup（55cases）．CT-DSAfusiongroupunderwentLAAO surgeryguidedby CT-DSA fusion images，whilethestandardDSAgroupunderwentLAAOsurgeryguidedbyDSA.Theproceduralsuccessrate，contrastagent usage，radiationdose，procedural duration，perioperativecomplicationsandfolow-upoutcomesat6monthswerecompared betweenthe two groups.Results：TheCT-DSA fusiongroup showedahigher proceduralsuccessrate （96.36%vs.83.64%， P= 0.026），less contrast media usage ⌊（75.12±10.11）mL vs. （95.32±15.21）mL P <0.001]，lower radiation dose ⌊（2 515.25± 124.33）mGy·cm²vs.（2 854.44±155.32）mGy⋅cm2，P<0.001⊥，and shorter procedural duration （50.1±10.21）min vs. （60.35± （204号 12.17）min ，P=0.02]，and lower incidence of stroke at 6 months （O vs. 5.45% ）compared to DSA group.There were no significantdiferencesinperioperativecomplications，includingpericardialefusion，device-relatedthrombus，ordevice embolization（all P>0.05 ）.Conclusions ：CT-DSA fusion imaging significantly improves the success and safety of LAAO comparedtostandardDSAimaging.IntegrationofCT-DSAfusionimagingintostandardpracticeforLAAOproceduresis recommended to optimize patient outcomes.
