E-cervix宫颈弹性成像技术在正常妊娠孕妇不同孕期宫颈硬度分析中的应用

[Abstract]Objective：Toinvestigatethechangesofcervixelasticparametersindiferentgestationalperiodsofnormal pregnantwomenusing E-cervixtechnique.Methods：Atotalof185pregnant womenwereexaminedbyE-cervix，8casesof prematuredeliveryand3casesofseverefetalmalformationswereruledout，and174caseswereincluded，49casesat 12 weeksofgestation，24casesat16weesofgestation，24casesat20weeksofgestation，1casesat24weeksofgestation， 21casesat28weeksofgestation，18casesat32weeksofgestation，17casesat36weksofgestation.Thecervixelastic parametersin174caseswererecorded，includingelasticcontrastindex（ECI），hardnessratio（HR），internalostium（IOS）， external ostium（EOS），andratioofIOStoEOS（IOS/EOS）．Therelationshipbetweencervicalelasticparametersand gestational weeswasanalyzedandtheregressionequation wasestablished.Results：Withtheincreaseofgestationalweeks， HRshowed a downward trend，while ECI，IOS，EOS，and IOS/EOSall showed the upward trend（all P <0.05）．HR was negatively correlated with gestational weeks （ r=. -0.175，P=0.021），and its linear regression equation was HR=77.409 - 0.234 X gestationalwe.ECI，EOreosiivelyrelatedigstatioales（44，1，allO）de linear regression equationswere ECI =1.863+0.050× gestational weeks，IOS=0.160 + 0.004 × gestational weeks，EOS 0.204+ 0.003 × gestational weeks.Conclusions ：With the progress of pregnancy，the cervical inhomogeneity of normal pregnantwomenisincreasingandthecervicalhardnessisdecreasingespeciallthehrdnessofcervicalinteralorifice.
