[Abstract]Objective：Toobservethediagnosticvalueoftransvaginalultrasound（TVS）forendometrialpolyps（EP）.Methods： Aretrospectivecoletionof353patientsdiagnosedassuspectedEPbyTVSwasconducted，including327patientsof childbearngageand26postmenopausalpatients.Among them，30Ocaseshadsymptomsofabnormaluterine bleeding， includingintermenstrualbleeding，rolongedmenstrualperiod，arlymenstruation，enohagiand3caseswerestotic withabnormalitiesonlydetectedduringphysical examination.AllpatientsunderwentTVS，hysteroscopicsurgery，and histopathologicalexamination.Takingthehstopathologicalresultsasthegoldstandard，theetectionrate，sensitivityspciicity and accuracy of preoperative TVS were analyzed. Results：Among the 353 cases，33O （84.99 % ）were confirmed as EP.The detectionrateofTVSforEPwas70.82%（250/353），withadiagnosticsensivityof71.21%（235/330），aspecificityof 34.78%（8/23），andanaccuracyof68.84%（243/353）.TVSshowedintrauterine hyperechoin25Opatients.Comparedwith intrauterinehyperechoiclesionswiththediameter<1.0cm，intrauterinehyperechoiclesionswiththediameter≥1.Ocmand blood flowsignal on TVS had higher accuracy for EP（ P <0.05）.Compared with endometrial thickness <1.O cm，the endometrial thickness ≥1.O cm on TVS hada higheraccuracy forEP（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusions：TVS hasa high diagnostic value for EP. TVSfeatures，suchasthesizeofhyperechoicareas，endometrialthickness，bloodflowsignals，canprovidereferencesforthe selection of clinical treatment plans.
