早期膝骨关节炎软骨 T2 -mapping成像定量分析与滑液中IL-1含量的相关性

[Abstract] Objective:To explore the correlation between the articular cartilage T2 value measured by T2-mapping and IL-1 of synovialfluidinearlykneeosteoarthritis.Methods:Fortysixpatientswithearlykneeosteoarthritisunderwentconventional MRI and T2-mapping examinations. T2 values of cartilage on the load-bearing and non-load-bearing surfaces of the femur and themedialandlateralcondylesofthetibiawerecalculatedafterimagepost-processing.IL-1levelinsynovialfluidwas measured. The correlation between T2 value and IL-1level was analyzed.Results:Tvalues of cartilage on the load-bearing surfaces of the internal condyle of the femur were 40.51-54.43 ms,average of (47.87±2.77)ms,th ose on the non-load-bearing surfaces were 43.01-47.71 ms,average of (45.31±2.17)ms .T2values of cartilage on the load-bearing surfaces of the external condyle of the femur were 39.86-48.43 ms,average of (44.87±3.27)ms,th ose on the non-load-bearing surfaces were 44.31- (204 48.91 ms,average of (46.31±3.37)ms T2 values of cartilage of the medial condyle of the tibia were 39.49-51.21 ms,average of (46.31±2.67)ms, thoseof the lateral condyle of the tibia were 4O.59-46.71 ms,averageof (43.19±2.67)ms . IL-1 levels were36.66-72.82pg/mL,average of (54.76±30.05)pg/mL .T2values of cartilage on the load-bearing surfaces of the internal condyleofthefemurandTvaluesofcartilageofthemedialcondyleofthetibiawerepositivelycorrelatedwithIL-1 level in synovial fluid (r=0.849,O.848,both P<0.001 ),while other T2 values were not correlated with IL-1 (all P>0.05 ). Conclusions : The cartilage T2 value of articular on the load-bearing surfaces of the internal condyle of the femur and the medialcondyleofthetibiaarepositivelycorelatedwithIL-1levelinsynovialfluidT-mappingcanbeusedasa non-invasive test to predict the inflammatory degree and active stage of early osteoarthritis.
