多b值DWI影像组学特征稳定性、可重复性及其对肝硬化的诊断效能

[Abstract]Objective:Toevaluatethestabilityrepeatabilityanddiagnosticvalueofmulti-b-valueDWIradiomicsfeatures inlivercirrhosis.Methods:DWIdatasetswithmulti-b-valueof126cirhosispatientsinthelivercirhosisgroupand 102healthyvoluntersinthecontrolgroupwerecolected.Then,9OradiomicsfeatureswereextractedfromDWIimages.The variation was evaluated by the percentage coefficient of variation ( % COV),and the concordance correlation coefficient (CCC) wasappliedtoassesstherepeatabilityofDWIimages.Thefeatureswiththelowvariabilityandhighrepeatabiltyacross dferentb-valuesandpatientswereobtained.Another53livercirhosispatientsand53healthycontrolswerecollectedasthe externalvalidationcohortforevaluatethediagnosticeficiencyofradiomicsfeaturesforlivercirhosis.ROCcurveswereused toevaluatethediagnosticeficiencyofradiomicsfeaturesforlivercirrhosis.Results:Twenty-sixradiomicfeatureshadlow variation ( % COv < 20 % )with multi-b-value and different patients.Thirteen features,such as GLRLM-RLNUN,GLCM-J.Entropy, between the liver cirrhosis group and the control group were statistically significantly different(all P<0.05 ).The radiomics featureswithhigherrepeatabilitywereextractedfromDWIimagewithneighborbvalues.Intheexternalvalidationcohort, GLRLM-RLNUN,GLDM-DNUN,GLCM-J.EntropyGLCM-SumEntropy,IH-EntropyhadtheAUCsof0.924,0.967,0.865,0.891, andO.887,respectively.Conclusions:Therearevaryingdegreesofvariationinradiomicfeaturesextractedfrommulti-b-value DWI images.The featuresderivedfromnearbyb-value DWIhave higherrepeatibilty.GLRLM-RLNUN,GLCM-J.Entropy, GLCM-SumEntropy,IH-EntropyandGLDM-DNUNcanbeservedasnon-invasive biomarkers fordiagnosisof liverciosis.
