婴幼儿呼吸频率对不同螺距模式下胸部双源CT辐射剂量和图像质量的影响

[Abstract]Objective:Toinvestigatetheefectof infantrespiratoryrateonchestCTradiationdoseandimagequalityinhigh pitch mode(HPM)andlowpitch mode(LPM).Methods:Eighty infantsunderwentchestCTandwere divided into HPM group(40 cases)andLPMgroup(40cases).Among the80cases,52cases hadhighrespiratoryrate(RR),28 hadlow RR. ThevolumeCTdoseindex(CTDIvol),doselengthproduct(DLP)andeffectivedose(ED),overscandistance,objective andsubjectiveimagequalityat diferentRRof thetwogroups werecompared.Results:EDvaluesof HPMand LPM groups were ( 3.31±0.28) ,(1.79±0.15) mSv,the overscan distances were( 6.54±5.94, ),(4.02±2.51) cm,and the differences werestatistically significant(both P <0.05).The image quality scores of HPM group were better than those of LPM group(motionartifactscoresof1.6and2.3points,subjectivescoresof3.6and3.1points,espetively),withsatisialy significant differences( P =0.002,0.O04).The patients at high RR in HPM group had less motionartifact and better subjective score of image quality compared with the patients at high RR in LPM group (both P <0.05),while thepatients at low RR had no statistical diferences in motionartifact orsubjective score between HPMgroup and LPM group (both P>0.05 ) Conclusions:HPMcanbeusedtoevaluatethelungsof infantswith higherRR,andcanshowbeterimagequality.LPMcan beused forlungassessment of infantswith low RR,which canreduce radiationdoseand maintain good image quality.
