Effect Evaluation of Nursing Intervention and Standardized Nutritional Care Based on Behavioral Change Theory in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract：Objective： To analyze theeffect of nursing intervention based on behavior change theory and standardized nutritionalcareontype 2diabetes melltus （T2DM）patients.Methods：A totalof 80T2DMpatients treated in Pingding Town Health Center of Zhouqu County， Gannan Prefecture， Gansu Province from April 2022 to April 2024 were randomly divided into the control groupand the observation group，with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received nursing intervention + standardized nutrition care based on behavior change theory. Self-management behavior， blood sugar level and nursing satisfaction were compared betweenthetwo groups.Results：Thescore ofself-managementbehavior（SDSCA）intheobservation group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05） . Blood glucose levels （FBG， HbAlC， 2hPG） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） . The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Giving T2DM patients nursing based on behavior change theory + standardized nutrition care can play a positive role in improving patients'self-management behavior and improving their blood glucose control effect.
