Application of Standardized Nursing in Maintenance Hemodialysis Nursing of Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

Abstract： Objective： To study the efect of standardized nursing （SN）in maintenance hemodialysis （MH）nursing of patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods：A total of 72 patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in Zhouqu County People's Hospital， Gannan Prefecture， Gansu Province from February 2023 to February 2024 wereselected and divided into thecontrol group and the observation group，with36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received standardized nursing. Blood glucose （FPG，2h PBG，HbAlc）control， kidney function （BUN，Cr）indexes， mental state （HAMD，HAMA） and compliance of thetwo groups were compared.Results：The levels of FPG，2h PBG and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. BUN and levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05 . Conclusion： The application of SN in MHnursing ofDN patients cancontrolblood glucose levelwellregulaterenal function，have abetter mentality and a higher compliance.

糖尿病肾病（Diabeticnephropathy，DN）多因机体血糖增高所致肾脏血流动力学更改的一种糖尿病合并症中微血管病变疾病，对患者肾脏、神经、眼部产生较大伤害，若患者治疗不及时，病情严重情况下，易引起肾衰竭。（剩余3599字）
