Observation of the Effect of Aspirin Combined with Dydrogesterone in the Standardized Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract：Objective：To explore theeffectofaspirincombinedwithdydrogesterone inthe standardized treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods：A totalof 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to China Nuclear 404th Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023were randomly divided into thecontrol group and the study group，with 40 cases in each group.The control group took dydrogesterone according to the doctor's advice， and the study group received standardized treatment with aspirin combined with dydrogesterone. The efficacy， adverse reactions and sexhormone levels werecompared between the two groups.Results：The clinicaleffect ofthe study group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） . There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group （P>0.05） . The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone，luteinizinghormoneandtestosterone inthestudy groupaftertreatmentwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrol group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Aspirin combined with desdrogesterone is effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS），withlessadversereactions， whichcan promote thelevelof sexhormone toreturntonormallevel.
