Current Situation and Thinking of Standardization of Housing Rental Services in China

Abstract：“Adheringtotheprinciplethathousingisforliving inandnotforspeculation，wewillmovefastertobuild a housing system featuring multiple suppliers and variouschannels of support that encourages both housing rentals and purchases"， the report to the 20th CPC National Congressin 2022 said. With the increasing scale of China's housing rental market and the increasing of suppliers， the problemoftheoverallack of standardization management of the housing rental market has gradually emerged.Based on the current situation and existing problems of the standardization ofhousing rental services，this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote the standardization of housing rental services.

1住房租赁行业发展现状综述

经多年发展，我国房屋租赁行业产品已经开始细分，按照产权特征划分，我国房屋租赁市场主要分为3类：一是散租市场的自然人房东的个人住房供给的分散式公寓；二是房企、中介、酒店等运营商供给的集中式公寓；三是地方政府参与的保障性租赁住房和廉租房。（剩余3051字）
