Study on the Preventive Effect of Standardized Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients with Knee Replacement

Abstract：Objective： Toanalyze the preventive efect of standardized rehabilitation nursing intervention on deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing kneereplacement.Methods： A total of 60 patients with knee arthroplasty admitted to the Bone Injury Surgery Department of Subei Mongolian Autonomous County People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routinenursing intervention， while the observation group received standardized rehabilitation nursing intervention.Coagulation function index，incidence of deep vein thrombosis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result：After nursing，the D-dimer of thetwo groups was compared and analyzed. D-dimer （D-D）， fibrinogen （FIB）， prothrombin time （P T） ， thrombin time （ （T T） ， and activated partial time （activated partial）thromboplastin time （APTT）level in theobservation group was better than that in the control group （P<0.05） . After nursing， the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） . After nursing， the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group . Conclusion： Standardized rehabilitation nursing for patients with knee replacement has idealefect， which caneffectively improve the coagulation indexof patients，prevent dee vein thrombosis，and enhance the nursing satisfaction of patients.
