Effect of Standardized Pain Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patients Undergoing Radical Cervicectomy

Abstract：Objective：To analyze theefect ofstandardizedpain nursing in perioperative periodofpatients undergoing radicalcervicectomy.Methods：Atotalof 72patients withradicalcervicalcancerresectionadmittedtoAnhui Women and Children Medical Center/Hefei Maternaland Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selectedanddivided into the observation group and thecontrol group，with 36cases in each group.The observation group received standardized pain nursing， while the control group received routine nursing. The degree of pain （VAS），sleepquality （PSQI），perioperative indexes， length of stay and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results：VAS score of theobservation group was lower than that of the control group.The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that ofthe control group， and the observation group showed faster postoperativerecoverythan thecontrol group，whichwasreflected inreducedanalexhaust，recoveryof bladder function，initiationofeating， getingoutofbed， postoperativeurination，andtotalhospitalstay.Atthesame time，he incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， all P<0.05 .Operation time， intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative infusion volume were not different between the two groups （P>0.05） Conclusion： The application of standardized pain nursing in perioperative period of patients withradical cervicectomy can alleviate paindegree，improvesleep quality，promoterehabilitation，reducehospital stay andreducecomplications.
