Abstract：TheBlueRiverislocatedinthenorthernpartofLaifengcountyandisafirstleveltributaryontherightbank ofthe Youshui River.Inthe contextof carrying outcomprehensive management of small watersheds，investigate the environmentalproblems existing inthe BlueRiver Basinand propose targeted managementplans.Overall，itisnecessary to strengthenthe treatmentofsewageoutletsentering theriver，promoteitinsections，andcarryouttheconstructionand renovationofsewage pipelines inthebasin inanorderly manner;implementaspecialactiontorectifypolutionsourcesand controlexisting pollution sources;upgrade environmental protection infrastructure，strengthen the protectionof drinking water sources，and promote standardized construction of water source areas.
