Practical Challenges and Path Exploration of Collaborative Law Enforcement for Watershed Ecological Protection —Taking the Lijiang River Basin as an Example

Abstract：Inthecontextofecological civilizationconstructioninthenew era，theconceptofcolaborativegovernance of riverbasins hasemerged.Thecoordinated law enforcementof watershed ecological protection isanimportantpartof ecological civilizationconstruction，nditsimprovementiscrucialforachievingsustainabledevelopmentoftheolgical environment.Thewatershedhastheatributeofpublicgoods，anditsindivisibilitydeterminesthatthewatershedneeds to implementcollborativegovernance tobreakdownadministrativebarriersandformacrossregionalcoperationmechanism. Taking the Lijang River Basin asan example，in response to the current challenges incollaborative lawenforcement for ecological protection，this paper proposesapath to improvecolaborativelawenforcementforwatershed ecological protection，thus providing reference for the management of other river basins.
