Research on the Application Effect of Selective Catalytic Reduction Technology in Exhaust Gas Denitrification

Abstract:Toaddresstheissueofnitrogenoxideemissions from industrialenterprisessuchas thermal powerplantsand cementplants,Selective CatalyticReduction (SCR)technology isadoptedforexhaust gasdenitrificationtreatment.Studythe influenceofdiferentcatalysttypes,reactiontemperatures,spacevelocities,andotherprocessparametersondenitrification efficiency through experiments.Research has shown that moisture and SO have a certain impact on catalyst activity,but stable operation can beachieved through processoptimization; through optimized temperature regulationstrategy,the fluctuation range of denitrification eficiency is controlled within ± 3 % ,and the system utilization rate reaches 97 % . All technicalindicators metenvironmentalprotectionrequirements.SCR technologyhasdemonstrated excellentdenitrification efficiency and cost-effectiveness in industrial applications.
