Abstract：The preventionand controlof geological disasters inmines cannotonlyreduce thedamage to the ecological environment，butalsoimprovethestabilityoftheecosystem.However，thepreventionandcontrolprocessmaybringshortterm negative impacts.Inorder tobeterachieve sustainabledevelopment of mining resources，this paperanalyzesthemain types，characteristics，anddirectand indirectimpactsof mining geologicaldisastersontheecological environment，and proposesaseriesofpreventionandcontrolstrategies topromotethecoordinateddevelopmentof mininggeological disaster prevention and environmental protection.
