Abstract： In recent years，global water polutionhas become increasinglysevere，and traditional waterquality testing methodscannot timelyand accurately reflectthestateof water polution.Microbial detection technology hasbecomean importanttoolinthefieldfwaterqualitymontoringduetoitsigheficiency，sensitivityandreal-timeperformane.This paperintroduces severalcommonlyusedmicrobiological testing techniques，analyzes thefactors thatafectthequalityof microbiological testing，such as testing equipmentandtesting environment，and proposes coresponding qualitycontrol measures.Overall，itisesarytrictlyotrolteualityfmplecollectiosureprofessonalismofting operationproces，and strengthenthequalitycontrolof waterqualitytesting results.Research hasshownthatthescientific useof microbialdetection technologycanefectively improve theacuracyof waterqualitymicrobial detection，providing scientific support for water environment monitoring and water pollution control.
