Abstract：Withthedevelopmentof theeconomyandsocietyandtheimprovementoflivingstandards，theamountofkitchen wastegenerated in Chinaisrapidlyincreasing.Thecollectionandtransportationof kitchenwastehas becomeoneof the hotspots inurbanmodernizationgovermance.Inordertomakethetreatmentofkitchenwastemoreeficient，itisnecessaryto combine thecollectionand transportationmodes，equipment，managementsystems，andtheoreticalmodelsofkitchen waste athomeandabroad，analyzetheproblemsexistinginthecollectionandtransportationofkitchen wasteinChina，andthen propose optimization suggestions.
