Abstract：Greenand low-carbonare themain themes ofthecurrent developmentof industrialparks，and also vivid manifestationsofthedeeppracticeofXi Jinping ThoughtonEco-Civilization.Takingacertain industrial park inthe southernJiangsuregionasanexample，thecurrentsituationofindustriallayout，comprehensiveenergyconsumption，carbon emisionintensity，tc.isanalyzed，thecharacteristicpracticesofthepark'sindustries，enrgygreentransformationand upgrading，ultifieldcarbonneutralityonstruction，resourceeficientutilzation，industriallandeficiencyimproement， carbon peak andcarbonneutralitypromotion，and green finance systemconstructionaresummarized，and thereasonable suggestionsareputforwardfortheconstructionoflow-carbonindustrialparks，soas toprovideefectivetechnicalsupport for park management.
