Analysis on the Application of Ammonium Molybdate Spectrophotometric Method for Determining Total Phosphorus

Abstract:This studyfocusesonthefieldof ecologicalenvironment monitoringandexplores indepth theapplicationof ammoniummolybdate spectrophotometryforthedeterminationoftotalphosphorus.Elaborateontheprinciple,experimental materialsandsteps,dataprocessingflowofthismethod,andcomprehensivelyevauateitsperformancetroughoptimiation of thedigestionprocess,drawingofstandardcurves,verificationofaccuracyandprecision,andcomparativeexperiments. Practicalapplications haveshown thatthis methodhas demonstratedgoodresults inmonitoring waterbodies indiffrent environments,providingstrongsupportforaccuratedeterminationof totalphosphorus inecologicalenvironmentmonitoring and assisting in water resource protection and pollution control decisions.
