Research on the Combinationof Combined Fibers Coalescer Demulsification Technology and Cyclone Coalescence Process for the Treatment ofElectricDesalination Wastewater

Abstract：With theincreasing trendof global crudeoil deteriorationand theimprovementof domesticenvironmental protection requirements，traditional electricdesalination wastewater treatment methods cannot meet the requirementsof demulsification.Thispaper applies thecharacteristicsofCombinedFibers Coalescer （CFC）tothe wastewater treatment industry，andcombinescycloneseparationechnologyarticleaggregationtechnology，andCFCdemulsificationtechology totreatelectricdesalinationwastewaterinathree-stagedevice.Afterdetermining whethertheratedflow treatmentffect is qualified，a long-term testing experiment with a flow rate of was conducted. Through running data，it can be concludedthatthetertiaryequipmentcanadapttotheenvironmental characteristicsof highoilcontentand impurities in electricdesalination wastewater;this processcanreduce theaverageoilcontentfrom15136mg/Lto43.3mg/Land the average Suspended Substance （SS） content from 1 3 4 5 . 8 m g / L to 4 1 . 8 m g / L ，with average separation eficiencies of 99.67 % （2 and 9 6 . 6 4 % ，respectively.Inaddition，thedevice has good backwashing effct，canbe put into use foralong time，and the efect is stable.Thethree-stageoilremoval processand equipment with composite fiberdemulsification technologyas the corehavebroad development prospects andareanewdirection for solving the problemof electric desalination wastewater treatment.
