Real-time data collection and analysis platform for mold production in smart grids

Abstract: Traditional mold production management platforms suffer from issues such as low data accuracy,poor real-time performance, high costs, and low production eficiency. In this paper,a real-time data collection and analysis platform for mold production is designed within the stable context of a smart grid. The platform consists of four modules: the monitoring and collection module,the anomaly warning module, the comprehensive query module,and the statistical analysis module. The monitoring and collection module is responsible for real-time data collection;the anomaly warning module provides alerts for abnormal data;the comprehensive query module allows managers to query processing progress, mold parameters, and other information;and the statistical analysis module performs statistical analysis on time, performance,and cost data. Experimental results show that the processing progress collected by the platform differs from the actual progress by only O. 06% ,the daily equipment operation time differs by 0.02h , and the processing progress differs by 0.05h ,demonstrating the platform's advantage of being the closest to actual data among all platforms. Additionally, the platform can provide comprehensive warnings for anomalies in mold production equipment, production process parameters, product quality,and production progress.
