Research on standard process for disassembly，assembly and maintenance of general centrifugal pumps and design of modular mold fixtures

Abstract： This article focuses on the standardization of disassembly and maintenance technology of general centrifugal pump and the design of modular fixture. In the study，the structural characteristics and common fault types of typical centrifugal pumps are sorted out， and a set of standard processes suitable for the whole process of disassembly，cleaning， testing and assembly of various types of pump bodies are put forward. At the same time， combined with the modular design concept，a fixture system with rapid assembly ability is developed. The system consists of three modules： basic support， positioning adjustment and locking execution，which has good adaptability and expansibility. The application test carried out by a chemical enterprise shows that the average disassembly time can be shortened by 34.8% ，the types of tools can be reduced by over 50% ， the defect rate of maintenance quality can be reduced by 70%～80% ，and the overall maintenance cost can be reduced by about

18.6% . The research results prove that the proposed method is feasible and practical in improving equipment maintenance efficiency and standardization level.
