Research on the forming process of long fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite building formwork based on LFt -D molding technology

Abstract: To ensure the quality of long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite building formwork,this paper conducts research on the forming process of long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite building formwork based on LFt-D (long fiber thermoplastic direct) molding technology. Determine the raw materials for long fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite building templates, analyze the process flow and application advantages of LFt - D molding technology,analyze the process influencing factors of LFt-D molding technology,and calculate the relevant process parameters of this technology; Select appropriate LFt-D compression molding equipment to produce three different process parameters of building formwork specimens, S1,S2,and S3,with the same size;Analyze the average fiber length of the specimens using scanning electron microscopy,calculate the crystallnity using differential scanning calorimetry,test the mechanical properties using a universal testing machine,and analyze the application performance of each specimen; The orthogonal experimental method was used for testing,and the optimal molding process parameters for the long fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite building formwork were determined as follows: molding pressure of 5000kN ,mold temperature and holding time of 100∘C and 40s ,respectively. The test results showed that under the optimal parameters,the degree of warping deformation of the building formwork could be effectively reduced,and the quality of the building formwork molding could be improved.
