Abstract:Intheeraofgenerativeartificial intellgene,legaleducationshouldadheretotheexcelentcharacterofeducation whileactivelyexploringreform.Therapid developmentofAIGCnotonlyimpacts thetraditionallegaleducation,butalsobrings theinteraldriveforreform.Thesingleteaching modelbegins tocolapse,ontologyriskthreatens thestabilityofteachngcontent, technologyabuseducstheoriginalityofsudents’tinkingandprofesioalreplacementshakestegoalandmetodoftalent training.Tereorelegaleducationnedstosetifcialintellgenetenologytoinoatetachngmode,ulti-disilate gration,enhancecommunityefect,oncoursemutalrecogitionandconsuctadualteachermodeltoshapeteachngealuationmecanism.Intheactivereformoflegaleducation,weshouldcontinue toaderetotheeducationofhumanity,moralityand subjectorientatio,andpayatentiontotheineritaneoftraditionalculturewhileembracingthedevelopmentofsieneadtech nology, so as to promote the rapid development of legal education.
