Abstract：Basedonthedataof21prefecture-levelcitiesinGuangdongProvincefrom2010to2O20，theentropyweightmethod is used tocalculatethelevelof industrialtransformationandupgrading，thelevelofnewurbanizationandthelevelofcommon prosperity，andthePVAR modelisusedtoempiricallanalye theinteractionamong thethre.Theresearchresultsshowthatthere arespatial diferencesinthelevelof industrialtransformationandupgrading，new-typeurbanzationandcommonprosperityin GuangdongProvince;industrial transformationandupgradingandnew-typeurbanizationhaveagreatercontributiontocommon prosperity， whilecommonprosperity haslesscontributionto industrial transformationandupgrading andnew-type urbanization.
